Clarity is an AI-powered document analysis platform that helps users understand complex documents by generating summaries, key points, and insights from uploaded PDF files.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Document Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant Clarity a limited, non-exclusive license to process your document solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not claim ownership of your documents or the content within them.

6. AI-Generated Content

The summaries, key points, and insights generated by Clarity are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions.

7. Tokens & Payment

• New accounts receive a limited number of free analysis tokens.
• Additional tokens may be purchased through our pricing plans.
• Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
